It's the season of eyes meeting over the noise.
Have officially decided that I am emotionally incapable of choosing a favorite RTD series.
Also, I am twiddling over the fine details of the vid that I'm doing for VVC. I think it's going rather well. I made a change last night and I'm planning on changing it back to the original way right now. It's all very Oscar Wilde of me.
I'm massively excited about Vividcon. I've managed to have more fun at it each time that I've gone, which is a pretty neat trick. And the packing is going fairly well, considering that we still have twelve days until we actually move (had I mentioned the moving on here, yet?).
Seriously, it's like RTD only makes enough episodes to tell the story that he wants to tell and then he thinks of a new story. That kind of crazy and wacky thinking doesn't fly in the States, where every story must be told until half the audience is good and sick of it.
Clearly, I'm having premature abandonment issues about RTD leaving Who. Also, this DW S4 spoilery picture is now my desktop (SPOILERS! Casting spoilers for the last three episodes of S4 of Doctor Who).
Every single RTD series that I've seen has given me those heartclenching "Oh, he loves you so much, oh!" moments. ( spoilers for Bob and Rose, Queer as Folk (UK), and Doctor Who )
