I've had a horrible headache all day, so when I ran out to watch Buffy:

Mom:(very dryly) Nice to see that you've made a full recovery in time for Buffy.
Me: If I were on my deathbed, I'd be well enough to see Buffy.

And I totally meant and mean that.
