She was still in shock.

One minute, she had a popular and gorgeous, though odd, boyfriend and the next she was single.

Single.

Britney Jean Spears.

It was unreal.

Justin had broken up with her.

It was like those stupid shows where people lived in, like, different worlds or something. It wasn't something that people could believe. It was stupid.

And she didn't know how she would be able to spin this once it got out.

Fuck.

How could he do this?

She'd followed him on tour and he broke up with her. It just made no sense. It was stupid.

And he'd kissed her on the cheek.

And told her that they could still be friends.

That...

Justin broke up with her.

It just didn't make any sense.

I was just thinking about what she probably really would be thinking if/when it happened. And I bet she'd be a bit shocked.
