Yeah, but I figure vamps don't count. Darla, Dru - we don't know the last name of any vamp. Harmony's, yes, but we knew her before.

It might be intentional - vamping is all about discarding your old self (See: The Bloody, William) and rejecting your old roots and affiliations. A family name ties you very firmly to a human history. That's its function.

Wasn't Anya's middle name mentioned somewhere? Actually, doesn't she have several middle names? It may have been in Checkpoint, but I'm too damn lazy to check.

Yeah, but she made them up, or so it appeared, so I'm not sure that counts.

I say it counts. Christpher Golden and Nancy Holder said her last name was Emerson in the yearbook, but we must go by the show. I say that if she said it, it's Anya Christine Emmanuelle Jenkins.


Also, Xander's middle name is Lavelle, not LeValle.
