Smallville question:

Is the name 'Enrique' actually said on the show or is it a fanfic thing? Because if it's the latter, it's overused to the point of annoyance.

I haven't been paying 100% attention, but I don't think I've ever heard "Enrique" said on Smallville.

It's something that was started on the TWoP Smallville boards. There was this one tiny, tiny scene with this fey/hot Latin butler who didn't even have a line, and someone (possibly Omar) dubbed him Enrique. We played it to hell on the boards. If you see someone who uses Enrique in fics, they either post at TWoP, read TWoP, or have friends who do both.

The use of it in so many stories has been starting to throw me out of the story.

Which isn't going to get better, now that I know for sure that it's never mentioned.
