Or, Why I Should Not Be Up At 5 in the Morning.

I kinda want to vid. But I have three problems: a) I don't have a vidding program b) my personal computer doesn't have sound and c) I would go insane looking for clips.

So, instead, I will just share what I would vid, if I could.

Cell Block Tango: We have to have six (minus one) merry murderesses in the BtVS/AtS-verse. We have Willow, Anya, Faith, Cordy, and Fred as actual killers and Dawn could be the innocent one. Have little flashes of the characters with the 'Pop. Six. Squish. Uh-uh. Cicero. Lipshitz.' bits, then focus on a character a verse. For the chorus bits, well, there are plenty of 'men done wrong' in the BtVS-verse.

What about Buffy plunging a sword into Angel in Becoming? Although it's really the opposite of what the song describes - women who are punished by the world but don't even get that they did something wrong. Nobody around Buffy doubts for a second that she did the right thing, but she can't really forgivwe herself.

It's okay - I'm here for the theoretical disccussion. I know the sentiment all too well, though. Occasionally I'll have a vid idea, but as I have neither the technical skill, nor the patience, nothing will come out of it. The best strategy, I find, is to pimp the idea to friends who vid :)

Thanks. I'd just run across two other vids with Chicago songs and my foremost thought was, "we need one to Cell Block Tango". I really do wish that I had a good vidding program and a computer with sound.
