Angel vid: Numb by Linkin Park (Connor, Angel)
This song just screams Connor when you listen to it. Sums up who Connor is until Angel releases him, really.
This is a perfect Connor and Angel song.
Connor really did become so very numb. So tired of all the lies. So incredibly confused and lost.
"...all I want to do is be more like me and be less like you."
The vid covers Connor's arrival as a teen until his running away from Angel at the end of Peace Out. There are places where it's a touch choppy and there's one place where the pov is slightly off, but I get so caught up in it that I don't mind.
And there's this point where Angel lets Connor go and you just see him drop from where he's being held up against the wall. Which makes me wince. Because... ouch. The video makes me want to pet poor Connor, of course. The fights are beautifully placed.
