Just very short impressions of the episodes.

Pretty good. I'm very glad that they wrapped up the Lana stalker plot point as quickly as possible. Lana's ass-kicking annoys me, but that's 'cause she does. And she didn't do as much whining this week.

Everyone else was amazing. I felt that they earned the kryptonite bullets and it's never bad to see Clark save Lex. And the Lex stuff was great tonight. Just great. Chloe was wonderful. Lionel also ruled mightily.

Very good enjoyable episode. Though the Lana and Clark scenes look so January-July. She looks twelve in some shots.

I always have to watch the credits for Buffy or Angel. Most shows, I skip if I can, but I adore the way ME puts the credits together (loved the Firefly ones, too). Joss said once that he believes that the credits should let you know what you're getting into when you watch and I can really see that in the way they do credits.

Onto the actual episode - Adore the Spike/Fred dynamic. The way she just cuts through his melodrama... priceless. Very nice emotional back and forth. I really hope they never have sex.

And Wes had a pen! With his name! And Angel used it as a weapon! Aw!

The woman was very sympathetic. Really enjoyed her performance. And she did indeed remind me of Julie Benz lookswise.

Also, I so called Fred carrying a gun around with her. Am very pleased about that. Also, she kicked ass. Sad that she was knocked out, but she shot two of them! Go her!

Third week in a row that Angel's killed a human, though this time it was indirect. Angel meant what he said about not showing any mercy this year. Yikes.

But I just adored the end. They were all together! Bonding! With the cuteness! And Wes! Gave Angel a look!

So cute.

Loved the episode and am in a place of giddy fun.

Will now go to read everyone else's thoughts on the eps.

Fred was carrying a tranq gun, which makes sense since she was hanging with the werewolf =)

Well, I'm kinda glad she didn't kill anyone, then (I totally missed the feather things that time, though I did catch them the other times).

Yeah I noticed it b/c she was suddenly packing heat. But if you look when the guys fall down they've got darts in them.

Though this does remind me of a continuity error of Nina's sister being surprisingly uninterested in the sound of a gunfight on her front lawn. ;)

Well, perhaps she's just the uncurious sort. Because that's what I got from all the questioning she did.

Heh.

Heh.

Though admittedly the flip side is that this possibly explains why she was so much calmer when Nina returned. Maybe Fred woke up on her lawn, the sister took care of her and Fred had more of a chance to explain what was going on but left out the wolfy bits.

Yeah, that's the ticket...

That makes totally and complete sense. I'm officially adopting this explanation.
