Wait a minute... is the new Smallville airing tonight?

For some reason, I'd been assuming that it would be returning with Angel next week, but I just saw something that says Asylum is tonight. Is it? Because if so... well, I'd be glad that I found out a while before.

Edit: So... tonight is a rerun (Extinction) and Smallville is returning with Angel?

The universe feels balanced again.

OK, so to clarify: Tonight= rerun, next week= new episode? Or do I have to do some quick VCR set-up?

well, kryptonsite.com, Yahoo! TV, and the WB's site for Smallville all say that Extinction is on tonight, and Asylum is set for next week. So I'm pretty sure tonight is a rerun and next week is new if three different sites say the same thing. I'd watch tonight just to be sure.

Mm-hmm. I checked kryptonsite.com, Yahoo! TV, and the WB's site for Smallville and they all say that Extinction is on tonight, and Asylum is set for next week. But I'd still watch to be sure.
