Joan of Arcadia
Feb. 6th, 2004 09:04 pmI adore the title sequence. I adore Joan. I really adore God.
I like this show a lot, actually. I like the approach that it takes. I like its sense of humor, of family, and of friendship.
I love Grace's piercing.
Amber's great - she's very expressive and open in her facial gestures. You can really read her eyes.
The guy who plays Adam is very good at adoring looks. And he has pretty eyes, very melty. He and Joan would be cute together, definitely.
Beef-selling God was hot. I blame the accent. And the hair. And the eyes. These are things that I like.
And the episode made me cry at the end, which was, you know, evil. Started when Joan 'found her voice'. And then I was pretty much sniffly for the rest of the ep. It was nice, actually.

Melty, hm? That's a wonderful description. Exactly. Adam pines beautifully. He just radiates longing sometimes. And he'll have his heart broken a thousand times (by Joan, by Iris, by life), but I don't think that will ever change.
Ah, I love this show so much.

Don't they remind you of half-melted chocolate?
And yeah, this is a really good show.
