Ten fictional characters
Mar. 12th, 2004 10:15 pmI missed Wonderfalls on account of being asked to stay late at work (they are so going to end up giving me overtime this pay period).
So, instead of wondering about Wonderfalls, I'm distracting myself with memes. One that's going around and then another one that felt appropriate. Neither list is in any particular order.
1. Christian (Moulin Rouge)
2. Clark Kent (Smallville)
3. Illyria (Angel the Series)
4. Julian Bashir (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine)
5. Benton Fraser (due South)
6. Samuel Vimes (Discworld)
7. Tidus (Final Fantasy X)
8. Clark Kent (Lois and Clark: the New Adventures of Superman)
9. Buffy Summers (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
10. Tom Paris (Star Trek: Voyager)
1. Wesley Wyndham-Pryce for being totally fucking nuts (Angel the Series)
2. Lana Lang for grief counseling and being a passive-aggressive nitwit (Smallville)
3. Connor & Angel for family therapy (Angel the Series)
5. Rand Al'thor for anger management and general insanity on a large scale, also, for learning to deal with another personality (The Wheel of Time)
6. Buffy Summers, mostly so that she could learn how to share emotional problems so that they can be dealt with, but also for rebuilding from depression (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
7. Lex Luthor, because the poor guy is being driven out of his mind and feels like he has no one he can trust (Smallville)
8. Clark Kent, because carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders is a very tiring and frustrating task (Smallville)
9. Charles Gunn re: inferiority complex and how changing yourself doesn't make it go away (Angel the Series)
10. Winifred Burkle, for extreme trauma and distress (Angel the Series)
