So, at some point before Friday, the power went out. This means that I did not get Stargate recorded.

I hate my VCR, my TV, and everything electrical at the moment.

And I'll just be hopping over to the Sci-Fi channel website to see if the episodes are replaying soon.

Edit: They are not. My heart crumbles to ash. On the plus side, this means that there's no point in waiting to read the episode reviews.

Still, I think that I will go watch a Season Seven episode (just finished Enemy Mine last night) to help with the pain (thanks again, katie_m).

I see torrents for 8x06, if that's the ep you missed. You should be able to use bittorrent and download it.

Tried using bittorrent last year with Angel. It didn't work on my computer. I couldn't see a damn thing because my computer is on this low light setting for media that doesn't change no matter what I do. So that's not a feasible option unless I want to give myself a horrible headache.

I'm probably just going to have to wait until they get around to showing it again on Sci-Fi.

I really liked it, thank you. And, you know, Daniel very pointedly doesn't say how many humans died before Chaka got around making to the treaty. He gets asked and then kinda changes the subject, probably because the answer wouldn't have pleased the military guys.

Not that it will make you feel any better, but if you were going to miss a Stargate - Fri night's was the one to miss. Atlantis was pretty good, but Stargate:TOS reminded me of a bad X-Files ep combined with any trapped in a hologram ep of Star Trek. I actually flipped to the Yankee game several times during the ep, which I've never done before.
