Criminal charges brought up against a fan site --

Federal charges have been filed against the owner of the Stargate SG-1 Archive for having a website that engages in 'Criminal Copyright Infringement and Trafficking in Counterfeit Services'. This would be covered under a provision in the Patriot Act.

I don't understand, what was on the site that they are saying is copyright infringement? Fanfic, downloadable episodes, transcripts? I've never been there so I don't know what he had on his site and I'm curious.
