butterfly: (Not Goodbye -- John Crichton)

So, what genius organized the Farscape episodes on dvd? Because they put 11 and 13 on one dvd and 12 and 14 on a different one. The logic is not our earth logic.

*makes odd and inarticulate noises*

Bed. John. Naked. Oh. Oh, my.

Oh. Ring. Oh, John.

And dude, that's interesting. Alex, huh? I kinda liked her.

She's nothing like Aeryn, but Giliana actually reminds me of her a bit.

When did John fall for Aeryn anyway?

Wow. John. Boxers. Nothing else. He's a nice color all over. Very nice. I'm happy with the show for that.

*blinks*

D'Argo's nightwear is black, as opposed to his day red. Interesting.

Rygel's robe makes me think of money. Color, maybe?

So, Aeryn has taken John's underwear.

*goes off muttering about metaphors*

Because John's very much not In Love with her here. He likes her a bit, wants to help her, but he's not in love.

"Something Crichton said is disturbing me."
"It's about time."

Hee. I love how we're allowed to see how alien John is to them.

And wow, Zhaan gives a lot of trust to John here. In fact, she pretty much comes to adore him completely, doesn't she? I mean, she dies to save Aeryn "more importantly, because John loves you", yes?

"Crichton is always confused."

Hee. They so treat him like the dumb kid brother sometimes.

John's the one who can bulldoze his way past his hallucination. It's there, he's tempted, but his friends matter more.

And so they up the pressure on him. Poor, poor John who gets mind-frelled the worst of all.

"You were always the most clever one on Moya, but I will not miss you." She's so mischievous here. And she does really like John.

But John's pretty likable.

As we see with priestess chick.

Hee!

"I have always wondered what could possibly go on in there."
"Not a lot. I'm a guy."

I love John. So much.

John has a very strong mind, all things considered. The things that he manages to survive and overcome are astounding.

I've been saying the exact same thing! I can't believe what idiots the people who put out these DVDs are. I've pretty much resigned myself to watching them out of order since the DVDs don't have the episode number on them and Netflix saw fit to only put the episode numbers on some of the sleeves but not all. Hate them.

It's really annoying, definitely.

"they put 11 and 13 on one dvd and 12 and 14 on a different one"

The answer is simple, my dear! Its in case you are playing your DVDs on an old Dansette record player - the kind that you could put more than one disc on at once, and when one had played, the next one would plop down on top of it, so you could play more than one disc without having to get up and turn over!
