Merry Christmas (and some 'thank you's)

Yesterday, I had my Christmas at my aunt and uncle's.
Most notable gifts thus far: My dad gave me season seven of BtVS. And there was only mild hinting! Have already rewatched Chosen. My mom gave me a reprinting of an old (and beautiful) map of Canada. I am in love and am thinking of getting it framed. My grandma Peggy gave me a beautiful watch, my brother gave me the cutest butterfly banker lamp that you could imagine, and my aunt and uncle gave me the first two script books for S2 of BtVS. And I still have Christmas day stuff at my grandma Barbara's later on today.
Cassie: Thank you very much for cute card. And the bright red envelope is very Christmasy.
trepkos: Thanks for the adorable and chatty card -- it was a joy to read. Good luck on the fic!
millefiori: Thank you for the card. I really love the colors on it -- big fan of the bold red and gold, especially in the holiday season.
chicklet_girl: Oh! The snow. That's so nice to see, expecially since we didn't get any up in Oregon this year for Christmas. Beautiful card, thank you.
daegaer: Footnotes! Central heating. Nazis melting. So very cool. And a lovely card. Thank you.
Jen: Jack and Daniel should be a staple of any Christmas, for they bring much joy. Thank you for the card.
soundingsea: The candy was both cool and tasteful. Very tasteful. Thank you.
giddyupnow: Wow, thank you. Love the Sarah. I'm sure that I'll adore the PoE soundtrack once I've been able to stop listening to Sarah. The stickers are highly adorable. Thank you.

Date: 2004-12-25 08:03 pm (UTC)My fic, the bits I put up so far, seem to be getting a good reception - but then, I don't suppose people who read it and hate it will bother to tell me that!
Those butterfly lamps are the cutest aren't they?
Same design as Giles' round green job, yes?
Glad you got some lovely pressies!
