I noticed that parallel, too, but I didn't see it as a shared memory as much as a shared commitment to each other. Just as Rose couldn't let Ten I suffer alone, Ten II couldn't let Rose suffer alone. In fact, I think the fact that Ten II didn't know how Rose had taken Ten I's hand makes it all the more powerful. This is them, no matter the regeneration, and they will always be there for each other.
