Vividcon YAY!

So, I just got my official registration notice from Margie and I am so incredibly thrilled. Vividcon is such a source of joy (and learning) for me. I look forward to how much more I'll get out of it now that I'm taking classes in a related field.

Next, I need to send my paypal payment in and start checking out airfares. Room-wise, I'm planning on staying Thurs-Sun (little shorter than I used to do, because I want to make sure I can arrange my summer classes to miss the dates). I'm all by myself this year, and welcome rooming with other people (whether I've roomed with them before or not).

And now, I go squee.

Not really, no.

Which were the days that y'all were planning on arriving and departing? It might be good to see who's planning on being there first and having them be the person to reserve the room.

Look at you with all the logic and sense-making! Excellent point - I will ask marainsanity how she is planning to travel and get right back to you (In the past we've driven down together on Thursday, so it's likely that we'd all arrive on the same day, but I'll see if that's still her plan).

Ok, it looks like we're all arriving Thursday, although Mara may leave on Sunday. She's offered to put it in her name, unless you'd rather do it?

I don't know yet - I'm still waiting to hear back on some job stuff to find out wtf I'll be doing in the fall, so I won't be able to completely concertize my plans for awhile - which is why it probably shouldn't be in my name just in case I have to do a Saturday through Sunday thing at the last second (I really hope to be there Thursday through Monday).

So, yeah, I'll tell Mara to go ahead and book the room!
