I'm so insanely excited! I mean, I've seen all the episodes before, but there really is something about owning it and having it on dvd. The picture-quality, the boxiness of it (note: the box amuses me so much -- Rose and the Doctor slid off! Hilarious.). It should not make me this giddy -- yet it does! Yay!

I know. I feel the same way. It doesn't really make any sense, when I've had them for months and have been able to watch them for that long, but it's just not the same.
They have the "Confidential Cutdown." Is that what your version has, or do you have the full Confidential? They do have a lot of extras, so I'm probably not missing anything. The only thing I'm really worried about missing is bloopers, but I think I heard they're gonna be on the Series 2 boxset.
I will be getting there late Thursday night (well, not that late, but we reach O'Hara at 7:30). I talked my everyday roommate (jic, who is mostly into SGA fandom) into signing up for the con (she's been getting interested in the whole vidding thing) so I'm rooming with her and ladysorka.
I'm looking forward to seeing you, too. Vividcon is, like, the best thing ever. Vividcon! Yay!
