I'm going to be leaving in about ten minutes for my dad's.

He going to get a ferret.

Excuse me while I die of happiness.

I've wanted a ferret for years, ever since I worked with them at the Zoo.

After that, I'm heading over to Jo's. Her place is about twenty minutes closer to dad's than our house, so that works out well.

I had a ferret when I was like 7 years old. It was my favorite pet. Unfortunately California doesn't allow ferret within its state. It really sucks cause ferrets are so cute. I love the way they jump.

We named the one Hermes.

Hee! If we got a girl, it could be Hermione and they could both be nicknamed 'Herm'.
