butterflyJames Marsters really is an amazing actor. Just... wow. He can play evil, love's bitch, wacko, and other things. Very impressive. I'm still not particularly attracted to him, but he is a kick-ass actor.
And Spike is getting fascinating. I think I prefer this Spike to any other, including Evil Spike o' Season Two, who was my former favorite.
Just watching this, I really see that I was letting my negative reaction to all his praise overwhelm what the character was doing.
Hmm. Now, I'm not going to go run out and get a Spike icon, but he's cool.
