Under the guidance of [livejournal.com profile] alymalone, I'm downloading Headstones songs.

I asked her about Hugh Dillon and apparently he's the lead singer.

I've only heard one Headstones song, Cubically Contained, which is on the due South soundtrack. He does have a pretty voice.

They have a nice sound. Hmm. Bet my dad would like them. We share a few tastes in music in common.

...interesting subject matter.

*g* I told you! It's creepy as fuck! *laughs*

At least I warned you! I wasn't warned, yo, and I was like "Oh dear god, Hugh, what the fuck!?"

The HS are wonderful - if you want to borrow CDs sometime, let me know. I love their stuff, and a new one came out last month.

It actually took me a while to 'get' it. I was all, "la di da". "Wait... what was that?" "Is this about what I think it is?"

"Dude. That's necrophila. Huh. Hugh is Buffy."

Ooo. Thanks. I'll probably take you up on that. How many CDs do they have out?

HAAHAHAHAHA. Kinda goes with the thought that Paul is Joss, eh? ;)

Everything in life can be related to the Whedon verse somehow. ;)

Yep. Only Angel was probably more lively than Hugh's chick. Then again, I wouldn't place on that. Spike was definitely more lively.

Actually, I'm starting to do this with dS, too. I already do it with both the Whedonverse and *nsync.

(I came across your post on my FriendsFriends page.)

Where did you find the Headstones songs to download? Due to the influence of many of my LJ-friends, and as an extension of my obsession with CKR and due South, I'm becoming really interested in the Headstones.

They have six CDs, including the latest one. (in chronological order): Picture of Health; Teeth & Tissue; Smile & Wave; Nickles for Your Nightmare; The Greatest Fits (collected hits, 2 new numbers); and Oracle of Hi Fi

Plus, Hugh sang lead on many songs on the Hard Core Logo soundtrack - so if you like his sound, you might look for that as well.
