B/S drabble: Believe

Believe

She tells him that she believes in him and she remembers him trying to force his way inside her body, inside her heart. Trying to make her love him.

It worked, she does love him, and now he doesn't want her that way.

This new Spike wants gentle kisses and forgiveness. She looks in his eyes and sees love and guilt.

At night she dreams about him over her, changing half-way through into her over him, both of them covered in blood and dirt.

She tells him that she believes in him and it's true.

She doesn't mention the dreams.

It's funny, I've been trying to make myself write, but I've been failing and then dad reminded me of what fanfiction is all about: fixing things. I can't take a Buffy who is in twoo Wove with Spike, but I could see this.

This is really cute. And totally believable. Of course, being a shipper of theirs all I want is for them to get together but... :) I do fancy Buffy/Xander though. But this isn't the point. That drabble is really well done and I like how you used "this new Spike" ;)
