I can finally love Andrew. When he was hiding away from what he did, I couldn't. I'd laugh at him and then feel a surge of guilt because of Jon. And now... now he's admitted that he killed Jon and nothing will ever change that. He can't rewrite it. It happened and it was wrong of him.

This episode was both touching and hilarious. I think that my favorite part was Andrew mouthing along to Anya's side of the Xander/Anya conversation. Which probably helped me like him, since I have a soft spot for people who fall for Xander.

Loved that Xander and Anya got some closure. Also, if I can't have Buffy/Xander, I would be totally happy with Buffy/Wood and Xander/Andrew.

Spike was cool. I loved the basement scene, since it showed us that while Spike may be playing the killer, he isn't that guy anymore.

Anya was hilarious.

Buffy was my hero again. I lost sight of who she was after First Date and this episode really helped me truly see her again. She's still my girl.

But much as I adored Buffy, Smallville went and tripped my hero-loving switch hard. Mmm. Normally SV is my creamy gay dessert after a meal of Buffy but tonight it was a four-course dinner. I may be slightly hungry at the moment.

Wow. I felt all wow at the Superman-ness. And to explain how out of the loop I am when it comes to this stuff: I didn't recognize the Superman movie theme.

This was a truly amazing episode. Wonderful way to start a break, leaving us just aching for more.
