Car news:

The engine blew up.

Apparently it was the radiator. There was a leak, or something, and I lost all my anti-freeze. So the engine dried out and went boom.

So, it'll take about two weeks (and $2000) to fix. So starting tomorrow, for the next two weeks I'll have a rental car.

Mom's paying for all this, which is lucky, because I don't have anywhere near enough.

It does. But it's a new experience and I am determined not to let it get me down.

It's very scary, when it happens. But now that it's getting taken care of (I'm acting such the spoiled little girl right now, letting my mom do all the work),

I'm kind of viewing it as a life lesson and interesting adventure (I've never had my car towed before! It was so cool! They sent one of those big ones that takes the whole car up.) at this point. I mean, after I got past the scary and the worried, it was all kinda fun.
