Mmm. I started watching the show recently too, and I think I agree with you about pretty much everything. :) It's easy to see why Daniel is the kind of character fandoms go nuts over, and Jack is so... not what I expected. He's snarky and cute and goofy and lovable where I thought I'd be getting an overbearing action hero type. And the whole team dynamic is just so darn endearing.
