Stargate and my mom

butterflySo, I showed my mom Children of the Gods. Before she'd seen the episode, she warned me that it was probably the only episode she'd be willing to see tonight, since her tv tolerance is pretty low.
Now? We're planning on watching The Enemy Within and she's upset that I only have the first disc with me. She wants to see as much of it as possible as soon as possible.
She's completely and totally hooked. She loves Daniel and thinks that the Stargate itself is the coolest thing in the universe.
She's with me on the annoyance of early Sam and is thrilled to find out that the show just started its eighth season.
In other news, I'm writing a short post-Meredian story.
