Farscape 2x05 -- The Way We Weren't

Pilot made me cry. When he spoke of longing to see the stars. When he spoke of deserving death.

Apart from that... this episode was a little too obvious for me. A little too neat in its connections, like when Velorak using the same words that John would in the future, and a bit too heavy-handed, as when Aeryn points out that they used the same words.

I mean, I actually did understand the connection without her pointing it out. No, really. I got it. There was no need to smack me upside the head with it. Aeryn is special. I know. Sheesh. She's wonderful and amazing in her potential and possibility. She's a Saul to Paul, I understand already, stop beating me over the head with it.

If ever there was an anvil on this show, it's that Aeryn Can Be More.
