Apparently, today was epic everywhere.

Tonight's American Idol concert was in Arkansas, where Kris Allen (Winner!) comes from. It was epic and huge and the best thing ever (I listened to it on cellcast -- how that man can sound so gorgeous over a cellphone and 18,000 cheering fans, I don't know. He just cuts through all the random sounds and goes straight to the soul). The resulting joy over his triumphant homecoming performance led to fans (including myself and much of the rest of ontd_ai) getting #krisallenrockstar to trend on Twitter, including hitting #1 and staying there for over an hour and a half.

And considering that I just found out that David Tennant kissed John Barrowman at Comic-Con, I'm pretty impressed with that result.

By the way, that was the other epic thing.

And Torchwood was renewed for S4! Yay!
