butterfly: (Dream - Yuna)
Which will be happening in the next month, whenever I find a new place (there's a prospective place in West Linn that I'm checking out Monday).

I predict a month of busyness.

On a different subject, I did something new today.

At work, a manager said... well, I've no particular interest in repeating it. It was ugly and it was used casually and that's really all that matters. So I told him privately that I was offended and that I would appreciate it if he didn't say it anymore.

Time once was, I would have accepted it and not stood up. My fear used to be stronger than my convictions.

Honestly, my anger over Virginia prompted some of my courage. But I wasn't rude and I wasn't public over it, so I feel that I used my anger constructively.

Fraser reacts to the reappearances of Victoria and RayV in very similiar fashions. Catching a glimpse of the person, following them with single-minded intent, and then his joyous reaction to their confirmed presence. Makes sense -- in both cases, he wasn't expecting them at all, and he loves them both very much.
Call of the Wild )
There are moments when I find Dewey very attractive (Mountie on the Bounty, for example). I feel that I should let people know about this (oh, I'll be honest -- there are some moments when I find each character attractive -- RayV's would be in Burning Down the House). Generally, I like him. Sometimes he's a jerk, but he's not a bad guy.

You know what I love? Fraser's sense of humor.

In Say Amen, there's this priceless exchange that I totally missed until my most recent viewing.

Evil Church Lady: "God bless you."
Fraser: "Thank him kindly."

I love Fraser.
