He was dressed sloppily, in a pale green t-shirt and loose pants. One of his eyes was cloudy, though the other was still yellow and sharp, and his upper right arm ended at the elbow in a smooth, blackened stump.
I can't believe I didn't notice this detail the first time around. Because the upper right arm must have been removed by a lightsaber - and the likelihood that it was Vader who did this is *very* high.
