Doctor Who - Series Five clothing + casting spoilers

So, I've seen the pictures of the new outfit and it took me, like, five minutes to stop laughing. Which is a perfectly respectable response to a Doctor's outfit, though, really.

The new paint job the TARDIS got makes it look like a child's toy. Which also makes me laugh.

Also, I think Amy Pond (the S5 companion - and, is it just me, or does Moffat give his characters the cutesy names ever? Sally Sparrow, River Song, Amy Pond) stole Ten's shoes.

It's amazing how easy it is for me to be relaxed about the show, knowing that I have no intention of watching it. Seriously, I have no stress (well, a little bit about the last specials, but I trust RTD, even more so after the seriously epic Torchwood that just happened, so not even there, really), which is astonishing.

Even the reports that apparently River Song is appearing in the first day's shooting makes me go, "Oh, that's nice!" and I despised her. Even the news that they're apparently shooting Doctor/River stuff on the beach used for Bad Wolf Bay just kinda makes me giggle, because that seems so... weak? Like Moffat's trying to ride on the coattails of Doctor/Rose.
