Because I chatter on about it in my vid review, but that's kind of spoilery. So, I give you a few quotes from the show:

Rose: "I'm not going on about him, Mickey, I'm not, because, I know it sounds daft but... I don't think he's safe. I think he's dangerous." (1x01 - "Rose")

That's the Doctor that Handlebars (by Seah and Margie aka flummery) is about -- he's dangerous and not nice and alien and there's no one with the power to tell him what to do (and he's charming and lovely and sweet and fun). It's an awesome vid.
