I like Justin's tattoo. It's sexy. In fact, I'm rather fond of his new look. The hair and the tattoo work for me. Like someone said, he looks very Ewan in Trainspotting and in my opinion, Ewan McGregor is one of the most beautiful people that have ever lived.

Of course, Ewan has the eyes that Justin doesn't but I've never seen Ewan do pelvic thrusts, so you know, it's give-and-take.

I should be updating my site. It's been over a week now. I am such a lazy ass. Instead of doing any actual work, I've been watching DVDs. This is why mom should not have gotten the DVD player yesterday. It's an addiction. Maybe I can do reviews of the DVDs that I've seen and thus tie it into my site. It's a thought.

I really like seeing the MSG DVD on my TV screen. So much better than just seeing on the computer. God, those boys are beautiful.

So, these are the DVDs that I've seen:

Requiem for a Dream(owned): An amazing film. Incredibly fucking depressing, but absolutely astonishing nonetheless. Plus, I'm in love with Jared Leto. He's in two of the other DVDs that I've seen and he's always wonderful. And he has(as shown on the Requiem cover, the most beautiful blue eyes in the world. They're blue with this amazing touch of green in the middle. It's gorgeous. And Burstyn was definitely robbed for the Oscar. Her role in this film is beyond fantastic. This film also reintroduced me to Jennifer Connelly, who I adored in Labyrinth and her character is astonishing. And we see Marlon Wayans prove that he is a talented actor. A very talented and sympathetic actor, who really needs to do more blow-your-mind dramas like this one. I'm also in love with Darren Aronofsky's accent. Makes me want to move out to Coney Island and soak up the sound. The commentary's very smart and I love the DVD set-up. Wonderful DVD.

My So-Called Life(owned): I bought this in the wake of the beginning of my passion for Jared Leto and because a very dear friend of mine, Fox(also called Amy) told me that this was the best show ever. This DVD contains the first three episodes and I do have to admit that I was impressed. Jared is gorgeous in it(not that that matters) and Claire seems made for the role. Very impressive, overall.

Live for Madison Square Garden: *//\\// Sync(owned): My mom gave this to me as a birthday present last year. I was so shocked and, yes, thrilled when I opened it. It's probably the best gift she's ever given me, because it showed that she was paying attention to me and the things that I loved. I remember throwing my arms around her neck, thanking her, before running downstairs to play it on the computer. I don't think that she expected me to be that happy. But that gift was seriously on a par with getting both the Nutcracker and Clara for Christmas one year. It's the thought behind it. Anyway, I love the DVD. And Justin is such the little dictator. "Sing JC!" "Scream!" and he's the one that closes their singing on I Thought She Knew. It's terribly adorable.

Se7en(owned): A two disc set. A movie on a par with the darkness in Requiem. And I love movies where the bad guy wins and this is the best that I've seen where there is a clearly defined bad guy who achieves all of his goals. It's dark and it's hopeless. Gotta love it. Heh, I am so fucked up. The commentaries are wonderful and intelligent and I *heart* Brad Pitt. Not as much as I *heart* many other guys, but a lot.

Fight Club(rental): Another two-disc set starring Brad Pitt. Was he pulling strings? I'm kidding. This movie has the same director as Se7en and that's probably the reason that both have such kick-ass extras. This is another amazing movie. Not as dark as Requiem or Se7en, this film has a ton of black humor in it. I adore black humor. I loved Better Off Dead and I loved this movie. The PSA's seriously rocked and, yes, urine is sterile. Brad and Edward sound really smart on the commentary and David Fincher is just a way cool guy. And an amazing director, of course. Great movie. Great extras. Some really nice shots of Brad's eyes. And some Jared Leto, appropriately named 'Angel Face'. I love me some Jared Leto. I love me some bleached-blond, beat-up Jared Leto, even. Amazing actor.

The Emperor's New Groove(rental): This movie is just a pile of fun. Not much more to say. It's brilliant and it's fun. That's pretty much the it.

Charlie's Angels(rental): Another fun bit of fluff. I wonder why I either go for the darkest stuff or the way light stuff? I'm just conflicted, I guess.

Center Stage(rental): The dancing is amazing. The acting isnt; bad, especially considering that most of the people aren't actors but dancers. Just another fun movie.

Chasing Amy(rental): A mostly fun movie with some deep thought moments. Or possibly it's the other way around. And there was no way I could miss seeing Ben and Jason kissing. Guys should kiss all the time. It should be, like, required by law or something. Heh, I'm so shallow sometimes.

Erin Brockovich(library): Another one that's kind of a mix between fun and serious. Plus, it has Julia in a push-up bra.(When did I get so shallow?) It wasn't worth the Oscar, but Julia looked so pretty up on the stand that I totally forgave her.
