butterfly1. All of my immediate relatives on my mom's side have been married three times- only excluding my mom.
True. My grandma, aunt, and both uncles have been married three times. My mom's been married twice and is now divorced.
2. My father used to own an iguana, until it turned feral and he had to give it to a breeder.
True. This is what happens when you get a male iguana and it lives for six years. It reaches sexual maturity and is suddenly very territorial.
3. My grandmother is keeping our pure-bred Shetland Sheepdog for us because she barked too much and disturbed the neighbors.
True. And I miss my baby. She's a sweet thing but very loud.
4. I've never had any alcohol other than communion wine.
This would be the lie. I had some really bad champagne at a fake wedding. My mom said I could try it. It was truly horrendous. About the fake wedding thing: In Portland, there was an interactive comedy show called Tony and Tina's Wedding. It was amazing.
5. My brother looks like Nick Carter did before Nick got his hair cut.
So very true. And my brother's had that hair-cut for eleven years. My brother is boring.
6. I know a boy named Jacob who looks like Jacob Underwood(O-Town) sans dreds.
True. Jacob was in my High School/Church singing group called Genesis. He looks just like Jacob, though, fortunately for me and the rest of the group, he sings much better.
7. Lance has always been my favorite member of *//\\// Sync.
True. Lance's voice is the reason that I started to get so into *//\\// Sync. I had only casually listened to the Backstreet Boys, but I was fascinated by *//\\// Sync when I first heard them because there was something different about their sound. I found out that they had a bass and that that was the difference. And I fell in love with both the group and the guy. I have a thing for basses. My real life first crush was a bass and I loved the sound of his voice.
8. The only surgery that I've ever had is getting my wisdom teeth out.
True. And the worst damage that was ever done to me was probably either me cutting myself or that cabinet door falling on me, neither of which required a doctor.
9. I've watched Buffy since the first year it was on and have only not seen four episodes.
Very true. And if you're a saint, the four episodes that I haven't seen are Teacher's Pet, The Puppet Show, The Witch, and Nightmares.
10. The furthest that I've ever gotten with a guy is a kiss on the cheek.
Sadly, this is true. But I have been kissed on the cheek twice by different guys. My problem lies in my (former)shyness, which was based in my belief that I was fundamentally inferior to the rest of the world. God, high school sucked.
