Life Update: We have worms.

butterflyWhich is to say, we bought a pound of red wiggler worms and are now engaged in the practice known as vermicomposting. In other words, I've got a whole bunch of worms in a tub of stuff that I want them to make dirt out of. Seems to be going well enough so far.
Also, I'm considering changing my work schedule, playing around with the idea of working day shift (I currently work 5-11pm, Sun-Thurs). The reason is that I'm in the process of getting a dog.
Which is to say, I'm buying everything said dog will need before I even start looking at dogs (I'm going to get one at the local animal shelter). I've been feeling the urge to have a dog for a few months now and it's getting more and more urgent by the day. I've been dog-less for too long, I tell you.
In other news, I'm currently working on a Smallville vid.
