Yes! Season four totally hinged around Connor. It's the Story of Connor. Because the more I rewatch, the more everything else resonates with his story. He's vital to the emotional state of the title character, his existence is the reason for the fall of the secondary character, and Cordy's entire existence in S4 was all about turning Connor away from the others and toward herself, so that she could bring forth Jasmine (who was the ultimate representative of love to Connor, which is such a tragic thing).
