butterflyIn a way - I'm putting it on and forcing myself to do other things, letting it filter in as background. I'm letting it soak into me - no pressure, no thinking, no needing. Just listening and doing.
It's hard - I want to sit down and watch it, to concentrate on it. But this is important for me to do, in a way I can't explain.
