Personal: atheism's impact on me

Something of a ramble, prompted in part by my brother (who has become very committed to his new Christian church over the last few years) wondering why I became an atheist. Thinking about that has made me think about the ways that being atheist has changed the way that I relate to the world and to art.

Meme: writing prompts

...okay, it isn't really a meme, I suppose. But I want to write something but do not feel like delving into any of my actual stories because they're all much longer than I have time for at the moment.

So, I will write ficlets for up to five people, in the fandoms of AI (Kris/Adam), Doctor Who (Doctor/Rose), or Vampire Diaries (Damon/Elena; potentially Caroline/Stefan and/or Caroline/Tyler; might even be able to swing Bonnie/Jeremy or Alaric/Jenna or Damon/Alaric) if people want to give me prompts.

ETA: and that's five! Those should appear sometime before this upcoming weekend.
