The California Supreme Court would like us to know that there are three classes of relationships:
1) straight couples: can do whatever they want, marry, divorce, whatever.
2) gay couples that are already married.
3) gay couples that are not allowed to get married in the state of California.
Glad as I am that they didn't dissolve 18,000 marriages, the civil rights violation only becomes more glaring with this particular move.
