Too Many Fandoms

As complaints go, this is not one that should elicit much sympathy. I should be thrilled that I enjoy such a wide variety of truly wonderful things.

But then we run into the problem. The problem lies not in the fandoms, but in the lack of time I have to explore them all.

I watched the first disc of the second season of Coupling the other night, and, once again, this show consistantly made me laugh so hard that I ended up crying.

Then, I started in on the second season of The Dead Zone. I just saw Cabin Pressure. I'm really enjoying the show. At first, I wasn't sure about AMH's performance, but he's completely won me over. And Walt's voice no longer surprises me every time that he opens his mouth. Also, after Descent/Ascent, I'll so all over the Walt/Johnny. "Take care of our family." Aw.

But I want to start reading the new Wheel of Time book sometime today. And my mom's lending me Thud! (the new Discworld book) when she's done with it.

Too much I want to read/watch/enjoy. Not enough time!

And in unrelated news, George Takei (Sulu from the original Star Trek) has officially come out of the closet.
