(no subject)

So, apparently Reckoning II (Stargate SG-1) is good. Good enough to balance out Gemini? I'll find out in a few weeks when it airs in the States. The episode that I'm watching tonight is It's Good to be the King, which I'm looking forward to for a couple of reasons. Also, apparently the second half of the first season of Stargate Atlantis is really slashy. Judging by The Defiant One, I can believe that.

You know, I really think that I have green eyes now. Leastwise, they look more green than blue in the mirror these days. Just shifted later and differently than my brother's (he has green-grey eyes now, used be to bright blue). To look at me now, you'd never know I was a light blonde and blue-eyed child.

Unspoilery thoughts on Stargate(s):

Both Atlantis and SG-1 were wonderful. Hot Zone was amazingly tense and a very good character episode, especially for McKay. And It's Good to be King was just great. I love Daniel and Jack and also that reoccurring guest star.

I liked the one-time guest star, too, but then again, I've never seen the stuff that made him famous and don't associate him with anything. Tabula rasa.

Teal'c is still missing his sleeves. I think that he's been unable to find any shirts with sleeves large enough to accommodate his muscles. A hazard of too much body-building, perhaps.

Daniel is almost overwhelmingly hot in robes. This is not news.

Jack is so pretty when he closes his eyes and concentrates.

Sam looks nice when she smiles. But I really don't find her very attractive (clearly, the subtitle for this part should be 'butterfly is shallow') and yeah, there you have it.
