(no subject)

I'm really a bitch sometimes. Laughing at other people's misfortunes that result from their own stupidity is mean. Especially when they die. Dude, it's sad.

I read that jericho fell down the stairs and hurt her leg. That sucks. (Oh, and this would be an example of something I don't laugh at. Just in case you were wondering.)

Anyway. I was thinking about how fandom really brings you tons of new friends. I mean, some of the people that I've met because of Buffy are the most intelligent, sweet, funny people that I've ever met.

My mom went to a Astronomy lecture last night and discovered two Buffy fans. The first is a professor named Garth, who has watched from the beginning and says that Buffy's the best show on TV, which I totally agree with. He's my mom's age, which would be in his fifties.

The other was the lecturer, John Dobson, who is semi-famous. He popularized sidewalk astronomy and created the Dobsonian telescope. He's 86. The coolest people watch Buffy.

On a different note, I found out why my mom can't stand to listen to *N Sync. She said and I quote, "Justin's voice is too nasal and I hate all of the weird sounds." She begrudging said that JC's voice was tolerable but thinks that Chris is "annoyingly high".

Bah.

On yet another note(C minor?), ins said something about not being able to write Gunn/Wesley. I have an even bigger problem. I can't seem to write slash. I love it and I want to write it, but I just can't. It's very frustrating.

That Afternoon...

Went out and picked up an employment thingy from the Oregon Department of Employment. Wonder how that'll turn out?

Looked for the *N Sync issue of Rolling Stone and didn't find it. Bah.

I'm going to the Street of Dreams tonight with mom. It's amazingly fun to walk around in houses that you can't afford.

Boredom in the evening

Instead of going to the Street of Dreams, we just went shopping. *shrug* Works for me.

Turns out that the mower wouldn't start because I forgot about the brake thing-y. Oops.

Blah, blah, blah boredomcakes.

And not too long after...

I'm debating about whether I should switch over to spelling it *//\\// Sync instead of *N Sync. I mean, it's so cute.

I don't know.

I love *N Sync.

I love *//\\// Sync.

It does grab the attention...
