I wondered the same thing about Nick. I just hope he didn't say, "Hurry up and finish your waffles. I need to drop you off at the orphanage so I can get back to my work." What a prick. I've never understood how Daniel could forgive him so easily. Poor baby, he's obviously starved for some kind of family connection.
