1. Ta-Tynisa Wilson - This isn't really a singer's song. Or maybe it's her who isn't making it pop. Randy actually said the word 'sharp' instead of saying 'pitchy'. And he's right, really. She did look fantastic, though.

2. Naima Adedapo - Designed her own dress. She's got pipes, for sure. Huge mouth, but that's not bad for a singer. Good singing. I liked her musical style in that song. It really worked.

3. Kendra Chantelle - Good singer, but it's not popping for me. She has a pretty tone but I hope that I get to hear something more from her at some point. I do like her.

4. Rachel Zevita - Like the attitude but the phrasing is kinda sloppy. It feels rushed. I'd love to hear her on a slower song. It felt out-of-place (man, I'm agreeing with Randy frequently this season. Weird).

5. Karen Rodriguez - Song that I've heard a million times, but she's doing a nice enough job with it. Strong voice, pretty tone. Really liked what she did with the ending.

6. Lauren Turner - Like this one. Singing fast but you can still hear her hitting the right now with control and power. Good job.

7. Ashthon Jones - A little over-exaggerated on the motions and facial expressions, but I like her voice. Again, I agree with Randy that she should pick a bigger song - it would go along better with how big she sells it.

8. Julie Zorrilla - In contrast to the last singer, doesn't feel like Julie has quite the big enough voice for this one. She doesn't sound of out-of-breath or anything, but she doesn't feel as on point as she good. I do like some of the choices she made with the song. Good advice from Jennifer - I was missing a bit of a connection.

9. Haley Reinhart - She's selling it. Good vocals. Another girl with a huge mouth (again, not a bad thing). Really feeling her vibe. Like her a lot.

10. Thia Megia - A really different sound from this girl than from the rest of the girls tonight. More delicate and lilting. She starts quiet and then brings it up. Doesn't feel like she has to power through it all.

11. Lauren Alaina - She's got passion. Powerful voice and she did a good job with the song (which I hadn't heard before).

12. Pia Toscano - Pretty tone. Got the strength in her voice to back it up, nice build. Did a good job with it.

Favorites (performance order): Naima, Lauren T., Haley, Thia, Lauren A., Pia

Less variety in the girls than in the boys, musically. Lots of talent. I wanted to pick more than six favorites.
