Also, someone said that Merlin is starting up in 11 days (!) in the UK. Very exciting.

So, the list of Fall Premiere Dates is up and this is what I'm watching.

Monday:
House (Sep 21st @ 8 pm)

Tuesday:
Completely empty this year!

Wednesday:
Glee (Sep 9th @ 9 pm)

Thursday:
Bones (Sep 17th @ 8 pm)

Friday:
Smallville (Sep 25th @ 8 pm)
Dollhouse (Sep 25th @ 9 pm)
Numb3rs (Sep 25th @ 10 pm)
Sanctuary (Oct 9th @ 10 pm) ... so glad I can record more than one show per hour.

Will try out the first episode of Stargate: Universe, though the spoilers don't thrill me. And that's Friday, Oct 2nd @ 9 pm.

Anyone think I should be checking out any of the rest of the new shows for this year?

Shows I think are woth checking out, but that aren't new:

Eureka, silly science sometimes too silly, but the characters are awesome, many women and different racial backgrounds and it's pretty fun overall

In Plain Sight, awesome, kickass female Marshall (with ISSUES) who works for the wittness protection program. Lives with her mother and sister and has (a sometimes difficult relationship with) a boyfriend. Her partner (at work) is totally adorable and into philosophy of some kind and he and their boss are totally scared of her, but love her too.
(Though the season just ended.)

Being Human, British TV, Vampire, werewolf and ghost as roommates struggle with what it means to be (non?-)human. Some actual plot going on too.

As for new stuff, there was a nice preview somewhere for a show that John Cho is going to be in, something like "flash forward"? where people see where they'll be (30 days??) in the future and angst ensues (OMG, why was I sleeping with somebody who's not my husband, but more generally important things too).
I haven't decided whether to check it out yet, but it sounded interesting.

Personally I'll check out house, just so I'll finally understand what actually happened in the finale, but if the eps don't get better overall I might tune out.
I haven't decided on Glee yet, but I'll probably only catch it at some later point if it gets recced a lot. (I did see that tryal ep.)
I'll watch Bones. (OMG, I just remembered that cliffhanger.)
And I'll probably find out watch going on with dollhouse.
Merlin is on my list too.
