Though it DOES seem weird that we still need to provide proof that the Doctor loved Rose. I can *almost* see the platonic best friends interpretation (if I squint and push things under the carpet - ala Moffat's Library two-parter), but I'm highly amused at the accusation that the Doctor wasn't happy Rose was coming back in The Stolen Earth. A who what now?
