I voted for Hillary in large part because neither Obama nor Edwards was on the ballot (yes, I live in Michigan), and if she'd won the primary, I would have been more than happy to vote for her in the general, but as it stands, I have to say that I'm pleased that Obama is our candidate.
Really, I like Hillary much better when she's *not* running for office. I've always liked her, both as a person and in terms of her policy views, but these past couple months have really been painful to watch as her campaign got increasingly desperate. I certainly understand your disappointment in the result, though. So yes, I truly hope that she moves on from this and keeps pursuing the things she's passionate about and can be (continue to be? resume being?) a strong positive force from here on.
