Oh, what a fun day.

I'm trying to become 'healthy'.

This is harder than you might think.

Dude, sometimes it seems like everything in our society has been chemically fucked with.

*grumbles*

Any Portland people know of any organic stores?

But yes, today, I suffered a killer headache because of caffeine withdrawal.

Seriously, remind me never to start drinking Pepsi/Coke again, because quitting is a killer.

I quit caffeine a week or so back, and had migraine-like headaches for three days. It was terrible. You have my sympathies.

I've seen your comments and your journal linked in several places. I didn't know you were from Oregon until I read this post. I live in Portland.

Have you tried Rich Distributing (http://portland.citysearch.com/profile/8489844/) or Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods (http://portland.citysearch.com/profile/8478556/)?

Of course, there's Trader Joe's (http://portland.citysearch.com/profile/8467912/) and Zupan's (http://portland.citysearch.com/profile/8465094/) carries some organic food, as well. Although I was at Zupan's tonight and paid way too much ($4/lb) for organic apples.

Thank you.

Also, way cool! Someone else who lives in Oregon!

Nature's has some organic stuff - and there's Peoples, a funky little organic grocery co-op on SE 20th, just north of Powell. Check the yellow pages in the phone book - I'll bet there's some listings for organic food outlets.

Thanks, sweetie.

There's also the Daily Grind on 44th and Hawthorne, and the New Seasons marketplace. Sometimes Fred's carries organic, too.
