While I'm fully planning on voting Obama against McCain, I'm going to take a few days to be sad that my choice for President seems to be officially out of consideration now.

Hillary Clinton: I was thrilled to vote for her. She made some good choices and some missteps, but I liked her views and what she had to say and hope that she has no plans on shutting up just because she's not going to be President. There's still a lot that she can do without that title and I hope she does good work.

This is one thing I can agree with you on for sure. I wanted her to be the nominee more than anything. I'm sorta hoping that Obama chooses her to be on the ticket with him.

And if I can't have her as President, I'd love her as VP, definitely.

The vetting committee has made this impossible. Bill would have to disclose all the donors for his Presidential library and he doesn't want to do that.

Because the vetting committee requires complete economic transparency for the candidates and their families. We wouldn't want something to come back and bite the Democratic nominee in the ass.

I think this is very unlikely for political reasons. However, if he wins (please, God), I would love to see her in a high advisory capacity or with a cabinet position or the like. In most administrations, those positions mean much more than the VP, anyway.
