Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End

There could not have been a version of the movie more calculated to please me.

God, the love that I have for Will, Elizabeth, and Jack. The way that the world just stopped when that thing that happened at the end happened (I saw it coming half a minute before it happened and starting grinning and clutching at my roommate's arm in pure glee). I'm not sure how spoilery I should be, even here, because I really think that this movie should be watched unspoiled.

I'm in love. Mostly with Will, but also with Elizabeth (squee!) and Jack and many various other characters. I must see it again. Must.

Oh, and the post-credits sequence is a must-see.

Did you SEE the look on Jack's face with *that* happened? Poor Jack. I realized as I was coming home that he expected all three of them to come out of this whole thing fine, and when that wasn't gonna happen, he willingly gave it up. (Was that general enough? Tried not to be too spoilery...)

I swear they WANT threesome fic out of this movie.

The look on Jack's face was so amazing, yes! I love that Jack and everyone else were just like... "no! not allowed to happen!" And Jack actually gave up what he'd been fighting for to stop the thing from happening.

I'm thinking that when Jack finds what he's looking for, he'll share with Elizabeth. Because, yeah, I was thinking happy threesome thoughts for part of that ending, too.

And yes the post-credit scene is squee.

So much squee. Seriously, I loved the movie so much. I've already made plans to see it again this weekend, plus, I'm going to talk my mom and/or dad into taking me next weekend, I think (maybe both, I could see it twice -- Saturday and Sunday -- I wouldn't mind).
